Friends leaving New York
New York is a huge town of transition, people coming and going all the time,
sometimes they leave a mark and sometimes their departure is a sigh of relief.
However, none hurt as much as those who have made and brought nothing but pure
joy and laughter to one's life..
Two dear friends of mine- Jenny and Dieter are planning on moving from New York back to South Africa.. It was with great sadness and disbelief that I spent my Saturday
at their leaving party... To be honest I think nostalgia was easy given that I
was nursing a huge Friday night hang over and the party was at 3pm!!
Such is life in NY- you learn to let go and move on, like dating as well.

Yeah NYC is all about motion and transition. Itz not a place to settle down, really, yet i feel oddly settled.. We'll see how long that lasts...
Still - i definitely wanna see the phat Jenny before they head back to SA :)
